We have been fortunate to have some great clients, and call many of them our friends.
When planning my wedding, choosing a photographer was one of the most important decisions for me. I wanted photos that felt natural, not overdone or too staged. I was lucky enough to find Cole and Kiera for my wedding on New Years’ Eve 2012. Not only were the resulting photos exactly what I was looking for, but they were such a pleasure to work with too. As a bridesmaid in other weddings, I’ve worked with photographers who were very pushy and obtrusive. Cole and Kiera were the opposite. They fit in perfectly and rolled with some pretty significant changes, while managing to take advantage of every opportunity to authentically capture the exact feel of the day. Looking at the photos a year later, the emotions from that day are palpable and I am so grateful to have these reminders forever.
Hi Cole and Kiera, The photos are really stunning ... Interesting, and really capture the moment. Thanks again for really seeing us for whom we really are. Amazing.
We had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot with Cole and Kiera for our family holiday pictures. They were professional, personable and most of all incredibly patient with our one year old daughter who took quite awhile to warm up. Even though she was pretty miserable, they managed to get absolutely amazing and adorable pictures of our family. They captured so many priceless moments and by some miracle even got a few happy, cheery photos of her (seriously, this was miraculous that day)! We will cherish those photos for our lifetime and absolutely plan to use them next time we need a photographer.
I cannot imagine a better team and results for the two weddings in our family in San Diego in 2008 and 2012. The posed shots are lovely but it’s the candid photos that tell the story and capture the magic of those days. They have exceptional instincts and great eyes for THE shot. It was important to us that the photographers were not obtrusive and their brand of stealth photography was ideal. Very respectful, dressed nicely (not in black jeans and black t-shirts) and appropriate at all times. Their service, turn-around time, creativity, attention to detail, everything is first rate. They know their art, craft and business.
